1. Check whether all switches on the electrical control console are in the normal position:

3. Check whether the access door of the mold mixer, the travel switch of the unloading door and the proximity switch are normal:
4. Check whether the lubricating grease in the concentrated lubricating oil of the mixer is especially sufficient
5. Check whether the lubricating oil of other operating components of concrete mixing station is sufficient:
6. Check whether the connecting bolts of each connecting part are fastened;
7. Check whether the manual butterfly valve of powder can is opened;
8. Check whether the air supply, water and admixture pipelines are normal;
9. Check whether the aggregate, powder, water and admixture are sufficient;
10. Before operating the concrete mixing station, check the strong electric cabinet to see whether all the switches are closed;
11. Open the power knob of the operating station, at which time the power indicator light should be on. Press the start button of air compressor on the door of the cabinet to check whether the air pressure is above 0.4mpa.
12. Turn on the power of the computer, start the computer and run the monitoring program, set the formula ratio according to the “computer operation”, and prepare to start the production of concrete.
