With the rise of the modern industry, the way of construction taking concrete as main material has been one of the main structures of the construction industry. Concrete trailer pump is one of the concrete machines, which is used for transporting and pouring concrete in the construction work. Before we operate the concrete trailer pump, we need to do some preparatory work.

1.Check whether the trailer pump is in place. The concrete trailer pump should be installed in the level and solid ground. The four legs of the concrete trailer pump should be on the ground at the same time. If the ground is too soft, we should add board to it to avoid sinking.
2. Check the condition of the laying and join of all pipelines.
3. Check whether sufficient water is added to the water tank and hopper.
4. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank and grease pump fuel tank. If they didn’t reach the full level, we should add the oil to make them reach the full level.
5. Check whether the cable joints are loose and broken or not.
6. Before starting the motor, we should check whether the hopper sieve and the bottom door are closed well and check whether there are foreign bodies in the hopper.
7. In winter, the temperature is low. So the machine needs to be operates in the idle condition for a period of time. When the temperature of the hydraulic oil rises to more than 20℃, we can begin to operate the machine.
8. Run the machine in the idle condition for 10 minutes. Then check whether the display of pressure gage is normal, whether the mixing apparatus can be reversed, whether the action of positive and negative pump is normal.
