With the development of civil engineering across the country, various new types of concrete mixing plant are being bought by people, but many customers are not sure how to operate them properly.

Check and prepare before debugging

(1) check whether the lubricating grease of each part is adequate and good, and it must be observed that there is grease overflow at the four axial end sealing plates in the concrete mixing drum during debugging.

(2) check the installation status of each part, whether the connection bolts are tightened, and whether the chain connections are reliable.

(3) check whether the pneumatic system configured is normal and whether the unloading door is in the closed position

(4) check whether there is any foreign matter in the concrete mixing bucket, and tighten the liner plate, blade and agitator arm bolts again to prevent them from falling off.

(5) check whether the matching electrical system is normal.

(6) check whether the supporting water supply, aggregate and powder systems are normal.

(7) the gap between the concrete mixing host blade and the liner plate is not more than 5mm, which needs to be adjusted at any time if the gap is larger than 5mm. Under normal production conditions, the main engine liner shall be replaced after 37000 times of use and 25,000 times of blade, and the grounding resistance of the control room shall be 4 euros.

In addition, in the initial operation of the new machine, the problem of card materials will often appear. Here, it is recommended not to use brute force, but to follow the instructions of the manual or manufacturer.
