The mixing mechanism is an important part of JS750 concrete mixer which mainly includes stirring shaft, stirring arm, mixing blade, lining board, etc. The parts play different roles in their respective positions and details are as follows.

1. Stirring Shaft

The stirring shaft support of our JS750 concrete mixer is shared by independent bearing seat and self-aligning roller bearing with taper sleeve produced by the world’s top companies. The utility model can effectively guarantee the good working environment of the bearing.

2. Stirring Arm

JS750 concrete mixer has thick and solid mixing arm whose maximum aggregate size can be up to 80mm thereby it can complete stirring work from zero slump to high slump. The stirring arm has various arrangement forms such as 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees and so on to adapt to the different conditions and materials. The mixing arm and the mixing blade are connected by screw bolt with convenient maintenance, replacement and adjustment.

Our JS750 concrete mixer blade adopts high strength impact wear-resistant alloy which can reach 3700 cans a time in normal production and the performance indicators are in line with the standard requirements. Each mixing blade can be conveniently adjusted in stress direction of wear until normal replacement.

4. Liner

Our JS750 concrete mixer lining plate uses high quality cast iron which has excellent wear resistance and high impact resistance. The lining plate is interchangeable. The large wear tank bottom can be exchanged with low wear upper part which thereby prolongs the whole life span.
