The vibrator in the dust removal device on the top of the cement bin must be vibrated several times a week, and the dust on the dust removal bag (filter bar) must be cleaned to ensure smooth air flow. 2. The inner wall of the feeding port conveying pipe and the outlet of the screw conveyor must be cleaned comprehensively once a week to prevent the clogging of hardened blocks and sundries and the failure of discharging. 3. Do not use cement in the screw machine for a long time. 4. Grease must be injected into the outer ball bearing at the head of the screw conveyor and the bearing at the middle support every four hours (WAM screw machine does not need grease injection). The oil changing time of the transmission at the tail is 500 hours.
