The current asphalt mixing plant is mainly hot mix asphalt plant and asphalt drum mix plant,the production and use profile of these two kinds of equipment in the world:

The United States with the need to use about 400 million tons of asphalt mixture a year,currently there are about 4000 sets of asphalt concrete mixing plant in China,of which 60% for hot mix asphalt plant, 40% for asphalt drum mix plant,now the annual production of approximately 200 sets of equipment sold to domestic and foreign markets,of which more than 90% of the drum type.1/3 of the production efficiency of 300 t/h or more,but there are also other states do not allow the use of such equipment.This equipment is used for the regeneration of the old asphalt mixture.

Britain has been developing drum type products since 1976 and has been experimenting with them for years.They have accumulated a lot of test data and are still using the old asphalt mixture for regeneration and mixing operations,until now they have not yet been officially approved by the government.At present,there are 99% products for hot mix asphalt plant for the use of domestic equipment in the country.

The use of hot mix asphalt plant and asphalt drum mix plant about 50% each in Italy.

The number of drum type in France is small,and most of them are less productive equipment.

It is still based on the production and use of hot mix asphalt plant in Japan,asphalt drum mix plant is still in the trial stage,the government only allows to build relatively low-grade roads and asphalt pavement.

It does not produce asphalt drum mix plant in Germany.
