In order to better realize the modern construction, to meet the project schedule and quality requirements, concrete mixing plant with a sound electronic control system has become inevitable. This paper introduces the composition and characteristics of electric control system in the mixing plant .

I. Electronic control system components

Common to the concrete mixing plant electrical control system from the host computer, monitors, printers, communication cables, weighing instruments and other components.

1. Host computer part

The upper part of the electronic control system, including IPC and color display, to achieve man-machine dialogue, enter the production parameters; at the start of the information sent to the next crew; from the next machine to read information to monitor; fault alarm; control printer print data; data.

2. Lower part of the machine

The lower part of the electric control system includes a set of PLC to realize the real-time automatic control of the concrete mixing plant  and receive the information of the host computer. The input relay (including the limit switch and weighing sensor analog signal) is outputted and controlled by the logic judgment.

Second, the characteristics of electronic control system

1. Operation and management in one, simple and convenient.

2. The batching system adopts the computer centralized control.

3. Concrete mixing plant operating data can be stored more than 10 years, easy to set management.

4. Formulation can be used in digital, user-friendly identification, the number of recipes up to dozens.

5. With error analysis and automatic detection function.

6. In the case of automatic control, the manual operating system can still control the mixing plant , such as ingredients, mixing, discharge and so on.
