Working principle of medium and small sized concrete mixer truck
The concrete mixer truck is determined by several parameters. It is impossible to describe a concrete mixer truckconcrete mixer with any single parameter. Axial power (P), blade discharge (Q), head (H), blade diameter (D) and stirring speed (N) are the five basic parameters used to describe a blender. The discharge volume of the blade is proportional to the flow rate of the blade itself, the first power of blade speed and the cubic square of blade diameter.
The axial power consumed by agitation is proportional to the specific gravity of the fluid, the power criterion of the blade itself, the third power of the rotating speed and the fifth square of the blade diameter. Under certain power and forms of blade, blade drainage quantity (Q) and pressure head (H) by changing the diameter of the blade (D) and speed (N) matching to adjust, the large diameter blades with low speed (guarantee shaft power constant) mixer effect of high flow and low pressure head, and small diameter blade with high speed produces high low pressure head and flow effect. In a mixing tank, the only way to get the micelles to collide with each other is to provide enough shear rate.
