1, the operator should first study in detail the concrete batch plant, concrete mixer instructions, understand the structure and performance of mechanical, familiar with the installation and commissioning work, Caution! Matters, understand inspection maintenance of specific projects. The utility model can make rational utilization of the unit, ensure the quality and progress of production, and exert the best economic benefit.
2 、 preparation before operation:
(1) the construction site is smooth, the mechanical layout is reasonable, the foundation should be firm and stable, and the concrete batch plant should be kept horizontal after installation. Belt rail frame shall skew dislocation.
(2) the power supply should be connected properly, and the electrical components are not allowed to break, loosen or short-circuit. The control switch should be safe and reliable. To prevent damage to electrical components and wires, the motor is damp. The distribution control box shall be equipped with ground wire.
(3) debugging batching scale should be based on the proportion of concrete construction, the engineering and technical personnel and operators to ensure the quality of concrete mixture ratio debugging.
(4) check whether the water pump is adequate, whether the water pump return water leakage, whether the pipeline is smooth, the pump water time, the relay system is accurate and reliable. The concrete water distribution and water distribution time (relay control) shall be adjusted and determined by engineers and technicians.
(5) check the oil level and oil quality of each gear box. If it is insufficient, it should be added, and the cleaning should be replaced.
(6) check the conveyor belt and triangle tape, adjust the tightness, not deviation or skid, don’t make sand and gravel fall into the moving parts.
(7) according to the performance of mixing plant , prepare qualified aggregate.
3, operation notes:
(1) the operator should concentrate on the spirit, pay attention to observe whether the concrete batch plant is normal, the proportion of concrete water supply is appropriate, concrete mixing plant work is normal.
(2) belt conveyor, belt is prohibited in the stand under, so as to avoid injury. You must stop the concrete batch plant and shut down the main power when cleaning the material pit.
(3) mechanical no head or hand into the hopper frame between the view or Tanmo in operation when mixing is prohibited by hand or tool material is put into the stirring barrel and discharging.
(4) at the bottom of the concrete batch plant there is a collection of sand and stones. When there is an adhesive in the bucket, it should stop and power off in time to eliminate the burden error.
(5) the concrete batch plant can not be repaired in the course of operation. When stirring, do not stop at will. In case of trouble, please open the unloading door immediately, stop the power supply, unload the material manually, and start again after troubleshooting.
(6) the machine must not run over load.
(7) when the machine stops working, it should turn on the flush switch, start the pump, clean the inside and outside of the mixing tank, unload the hopper, balance the ash of the bucket, cut off the power supply, clean the construction site, and seriously fill in the mechanical handover record.
4, inspection, maintenance and maintenance of specific projects:
(1) inspection and maintenance items should be carried out in each shift:
A) check fastening bolts of every part, especially the connecting bolt blade and the support arm; check the paddle and panelgap.
B) filling grease for each lubrication point.
(c) in cold season, all the water stored in the water supply system should be drained.
(d) the residual concrete in the mixing tank, track frame and body must be completely removed, and dust and gravel in the batching plant , scale bucket, rack and conveyor belt shall be removed.
(2) monthly inspection and maintenance project:
(a) check the wire rope and apply a little butter;
B) check equipment, lubricants, etc., and replace them regularly.
C) clean the water supply system and check the suction valves and hoses.
D) check whether the rocker arm of the travel switch is loose and make necessary adjustments.
E) check the motor, electrical components, wiring shall not be loose, AC contactor contact situation. Dust can be removed from the distribution box and the limit switch shall not be flooded.
F) unscrew blockage, check the sealing shaft end sealing element, if damaged, should be repaired or replaced.
