Self loading concrete mixer relates to self falling type concrete mixer which belongs to conical forward stirring-reversely discharging concrete mixing device and its structure mainly contains the following several parts.

1. Mixing Mechanism

Mixing mechanism is the main working mechanism of self loading concrete mixer and it mainly contains mixing drum and stirring blade.

One end of the feed inlet of the mixing cylinder is welded with two blocking blades, which can prevent the leakage of the feed inlet when stirring. When stirring, the double cone mixing drum is rotated therefore the material can be lifted and dropped along with the moving blade.

2. Transmission Device

The transmission device is a system for transferring the force and speed to the working mechanism of self loading concrete mixer. There are mainly two kinds of transmission systems.

One is mechanical transmission system which is mainly composed of belt, friction wheel, gear, chain wheel and shaft. The other is hydraulic transmission system which is mainly composed of hydraulic components.

3. Feeding Mechanism

The feeding mechanism is a device to feed concrete materials into the mixing cylinder. It mainly contains three forms such as general hoist hopper, fixed hopper and turnover hopper.

4. Water Distribution System

The role of water distribution system is supplying mixing water in accordance with the requirements of concrete mixing ration. Self loading concrete mixer adopts water pump-time relay water distribution system.

5. Unloading Mechanism

Unloading mechanism is a device for discharging well mixed uniform concrete from the mixing drum. The rotating direction of the mixing cylinder can be changed through the transmission system therefore the concrete in the cylinder can be quickly discharged out through the discharging blade.
