Supply system and weighing system of concrete mixing plant
Commercial concrete business concrete station mainly consists of four parts: material supply system, weighing system, control system and mixing machine. This paper first introduces the supply system and weighing system of concrete mixing plant.

The supply system refers to the accumulation and lifting of several materials, such as gravel, sand, cement and water, which are combined into commercial concrete. The lifting of sand and stone is done by cantilever spatula, loading by loader and transporting by belt conveyor. The cement is blown into the bulk cement silo by compressed air and the screw conveyor is used to feed the cement scale. Stirring water is usually supplied by pump to achieve pressure water supply.

2. Weighing system

The weighing method of sand and stone has accumulated measurement or independent measurement. The weighing method of cement and other powder is also accumulative and separately measured. Generally, the structure is a crane scale. Mixing water and admixture are generally measured by flow meter or by bucket scale.
